How to request account deletion
- Send an email to support@beeroole.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
- Include your registered phone number — the number associated with your Beeroole account is required so we can locate it.
- Our team will contact you to verify your identity before proceeding.
- Once your identity is verified, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered.
What happens to your data

| Anonymised / retained | Transaction history (kept anonymised for up to 90 days for fraud prevention). Ratings given to other users (anonymised to preserve review integrity). |

| Credits | Non-refundable and forfeited upon deletion |
After deletion
Your phone number will no longer be associated with any account. You will not be able to log in or recover your history. If you wish to use Beeroole again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
